I thought the Music  library was going to have check boxes to add individually? and has the speak button been moved from the lower bottom right hand corner?

You can now add multiple folders at once - hold CTRL to select all the folders you need.

Yes, it's possible now: in RadioBOSS click View->MIC and VU meter in the center.
