Dear Dmitry, We would like to run the advertisements BEFORE the time signals. As all commercials are different.. is there a possibility that RB fills up the space between end last commercial and begin time signal with a filler / song? If yes, how do i have to schedule this?

If you use Ads Scheduler, you can add a sweeper to advertisement blocks.
