Copying Event Schedule list from main RB box to backup RB box.

Is there a way to copy the master event schedule from my primary RB box to my backup RB box without having to manually rebuilding it? Its a rather complex list and would be very time consuming. I assume its saved as a file somewhere but i can't seem to find it.

You can save all events and load it on another computer: click the List button and there you'll see Save and Load commands.

Is there a way to just copy the whole RB operation, playlists, schedules, presests, music library and all to another machine where I can launch RB and its basically a clone of the orginal?

Yes, you can use settings backup and restore features, located in the main menu - Settings -> Settings backup and restore.
