Create music server with RB on the local network

Will it be possible to create a music server with RB?

The idea would be to share a folder called "Music" on a local network, so you can access it using an RB username and password.
The idea is that there are permissions that allow, for example, avoiding copying files from the “Music” folder.
This would be a security measure for those who want to protect their files.

Would it be possible to create a plugin to do this?

You can configure it using existing operating system or 3rd party software features (e.g Windows allows using shared network folders and you can specify what users can access it). RadioBOSS is not really designed to manage folders.
