Creating Playlists

Is there a video anywhere that shows how to use The Playlist Generator Pro? Having difficulties using.

For some reason when we import files from a folder for a playlist, the first two files repeat themselves.
We get mp3 files from a music network that has six files per show. The show with commercials, news, station ids, etc is 2 hours long. It appears that the generator is trying to create a playlist that is 2 hours by adding the first two mp3 files again.

Can you please provide more information about your current setup (a screenshot of a playlist generator window will do) and what the end result should be?
