Custom File Read / GET URL

I'm looking to be able to bring external data in via XML or just a return variable from a URL
Not sure how to best implement it as I'm not a programmer

But I'm looking to read data into radioboss and play a file based on that data returned.

An example would be:

GetURL returns CLOSED

When RadioBoss plays the scheduled entry - if getURL = CLOSED plays "We're Closed" Audio file.

This is a dumb example - but the idea I'm looking to play a file based on the information returned from a URL
