I have an event in the scheduler to start my database update:
makelibrary <normalize: -13,0; skip | silence: skip> "PAT_MYSQL_MUSIK 2" | "F: \"
Now my question, if the event is running and I close the RadioBOSS, will the update continue to run until I shut down the computer?

No, it will be interrupted and will not complete. If you want to ensure it's done, wait for the message in the log that states that the makelibrary command finished its work.
