Download error

Hello;
After downloading an mp3 weather file from a server, sometimes I get this error:
"Unable to access the file. The file is in use by another process".
Why is it happening?  :
Using the "function "now launching", then it works.
I tried to postpone the download time to address any conflicts with the scheduler.

It seems to have already sent, but from the moment I changed the download time has not been seen. I think it was because there were two events scheduled at the same time.

Yes, the report was received, thank you - it failed to save the downloaded file because it was busy. In the next update it will just add the entry to the log about it (instead of displaying an error message).
