error at broadcasting

May I ask what the following error means?

Cannot start broadcasting (output 1): Error -1 (No description).

- server or port number is incorrect
or
- another source (other DJ or AutoDJ) is already connected to the server

Hmmm , now the error changed into Cannot start broadcasting (output 1): Error 40 (network timeout)

The possible reasons for this error are:
- incorrect server or port specified
- connection is blocked by antivirus or firewall on your computer
- the server experiencing problems

WELL ..... lol , just wanted to start with it lol

i've tried everything , even reset the entire pc, nothing works , with butt en endcast encoder i can connect with the radionomy server, with the radioboss enconder not  anymore + the one fancy compressor sound processor is also vanished.

really dont know what to do right now but suddenly i have a Radioboss version who cannot stream anymore :'(
