Error code 2 - Start MP3 file in planner

Hi,
We've discovered that the aforementioned "show-top" function failed to start due to an error.

2026-02-22 10:00:00 AM	Opener - Dein Wochenende 32'
2026-02-22 10:00:00 AM	Unable to play! Error code 2 (unable to open the file/invalid server address).

Can anyone help us?
...could the special characters in the MP3 file be invalid?

Please ensure the file exists in the folder. If you have moved or renamed the file after the event was created, the event will still reference the original location. The quote character shouldn't be a problem, but you may try removing it to see if it fixes the error.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
In the meantime, we've modified the filenames, i.e., removed spaces and special characters. We've re-uploaded them, re-indexed the library, and reconfigured the events.
Conclusion: Our test run is working perfectly again so far.
