Error message when attempting to broadcast using Radio Caster

We have been using Radio Boss to broadcast on our FM station.  I purchased Radio Caster yesterday along with a trial for RadiobossFM Icecast.  I probably set something up wrong but there wasn't a lot for instructions.  I've filled in the boxes per the directions on the e-mail into the broadcast encoder information but when I check to enable, I get "output 1, Error 1, no description".  Ideas?

If it still does not work, please contact us via email support@djsoft.net and tell how you set up streaming. Or at least tell us your streaming account username so we can check what's wrong there.
