Excluding events certain hours?

There are a few playlists that I insert most hours of the day. I have them programmed to run 'hourly' or 'every two hours', etc. These are special liners, etc.

I want to do some special programming that would run twice daily and I want to eliminate those playlists those hours only.

If there a way to exclude those couple of hours without having to start from scratch and program in half a dozen or more special commands that fill all hours OTHER than the two I want to skip?

You can disable hroups of events using the following commands:
enablegroup GROUP
disablegroup GROUP
