Hi. I keep getting the following error.

Are you trying to write XML out to your FTP website. Have you tried connecting to your FTP site with another FTP program?

We don't have it, but you can search the net for general guides about working with network issues. In your case, it's totally unable to connect. Either the server is inaccessible (you can try connecting to it using other software e.g. FileZilla), or it's some firewall/antivirus issue - it prevents RadioBOSS from making connections. Another possibility is that server has some sort of firewall or filtering process and it, for some reason, doesn't let RadioBOSS connect.
