Gap Filler

Does RadioBoss have a Gap Filler feature? Example I have scheduled programs that are randomly pulled for a 30 minute slot but some end at 25 minutes others at 29 minutes. Does RadioBoss have the ability to detect that time gap and pull a filler in randomized way from a folder to complete that 30 minute slot? If so, where do I find that feature?

You can achieve this by ensuring that there's always music tracks in the playlist. In case when any scheduled programs are absent, those music tracks will play. You can use the Track List feature to make it select the tracks automatically - in this case a single Track List item in the playlist will handle all "gaps" - ensure that "Repeat Playlist" option is enabled.

Okay. We will try that. I read somewhere that you have the ability to check a box labeled “Fill with tracks if event ends early” under scheduler. I assuming that’s not true?
