I HAVE YOUR PROGRAM ON 2 COMPUTERS. EVER SINCE I DID THE UP DATE  THE OTHER DAY i AM UNABLE TO LOAD PLAY LIST WITHOUT MY RADIO BOSS BECOMING NON RESPONSIVE. THIS HAPPENS ON BOTH COMPUTERS. SO IT VERY UNLIKELY ITS AN HARDWARE ISSUE. AND MORE OF A PROGRAM ISSUE SINCE i NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE 1 TIME PRIOR TO INSTALLING YOUR UPDATE.

tHE VERY REASON i CHOSE TO PAY FOR YOUR PROGRAM IS TO AVOID BULLSHIT LIKE THIS.

Dude, calm down. All programs have issues. You can contact DJSoft, and they will fix your problem right away. DJSoft has one of the best support methods ever. So we will try to get your problem fixed. In the mean time just be patient.

Please confirm that you're using the latest version - 4.7.7.1
It's unlikely to be a software issue - if a bug like this really existed, our testing team would've catch it before releasing. Even if the bug made it into release - there would be hundreds and maybe thousands of bug reports from other users... But it doesn't happen. So I'm sure it's something wrong with your computers.

If you've used an illegal (cracked) RadioBOSS before, it's likely you have a virus on your computer.

Regarding original problem, I don't think there's anything to fix in the program. Playlist loading and saving works as it should.

ok one more time.........every thing worked fine UNTIL I installed your latest update 4.7.7.1 . so if it is my computers they both decided to do the same thing over the same up date. they they both never done before.
I have never used a cracked version, paid good money for a program that up until now worked fine.
So if your help is only going to be another chapter of your on going forum romance . please save it. I'll wait for someone more focused.

That's really strange that playlist loading feature got corrupted.
