We are a non‑commercial, full‑service NCE FM radio station seeking an experienced RadioBOSS Automation Technician for part‑time remote work. This role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our RadioBOSS automation system to ensure smooth, reliable 24/7 broadcast operations.
Responsibilities include:
• RadioBOSS setup & configuration (rotations, clocks, categories, event scheduler)
• Music library organization (metadata, tagging, normalization)
• Remote DJ / voice‑tracking workflow setup and support
• Automation troubleshooting and reliability improvements
• Backup & failover planning
• Clear documentation of all changes made
Requirements:
• Proven experience with RadioBOSS or similar automation systems
• Strong understanding of broadcast audio workflows
• Familiarity with remote access tools and secure configuration
• Ability to work within a restricted‑permission Windows account (security is a priority)
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working with NCE‑style programming and FCC‑compliant operations
Security:
Access is provided through a limited‑permission user account. No access to transmitter controls, email, or unrelated systems. All work is performed through controlled, logged remote sessions.

Flexible, part‑time, remote.
