I need to play a random file of a folder, AT A RANDOM TIME, between 2 pre-set times...
There is some way to do this?

Events in RadioBOSS can't be started at random times. You can try using the playlist generator: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_playlist_generator_pro.htm to create a structure you like.
