Improve Profile

Hello Dmitry, before power outages there are times that the default profile is loaded when restarting.
This does not always happen but it has been a problem for years, is there any way to improve this? It is important for the stability of the program, especially automated use.
Although an ups minimizes this, it does not eliminate the problem, surely it can be improved.

What would happen if I delete default and there is only one profile left?

Nothing can be done about this from within RadioBOSS. This happens because data writes to the disk are cached, and when the power goes off, cache contents are lost. USP that is able to power off the PC properly when the battery runs low, should eliminate this issue completely. Alternate solution is to disable write caching, but this will severely hit overall computer performance.

The issue is because RB writes the profile despite "auto save changes" is disabled. we have some PCs that there is no change at all in the configuration. they play stream 24/7 they only replace advertising with dtmf, totally unattended.

It will save the playlists if you have start playback or resume playback enabled in settings, also it will save scehduled events and some other things regardless of the "Auto save profile" state.
Anyway, It's not designed to work in conditions where power is constantly being switched off abruptly. There are utilities to flush disk buffers, you can try using those e.g run them using scheduler in RadioBOSS from time to time.
