Internet error

This is my first time starting a discussion, but this latest version is causing this error and I don't know why. Could the experts explain what's happening? I'm not going to argue to get it fixed in a new version; I simply want to know why it's causing brief connection drops, which are noticeable when the station goes live online. I've attached an image of the error. Thank you.

Looks like the encoder is crashing. What streaming format do you use?
