Intro issues

I apologize for asking something so basic but I messed something up and cannot find the place to fix it.
When my commercials start there is a few seconds of song fade when the commercial kicks in. No matter how much I try to adjust cross fade i can only make it worse. So I put a 1 second of silence intro. But something has happened and now my commercial has a large blue area while playing and when it hits that point the station ID kills the commercial I am trying to find the intro thing to shut that off. Unless I am totally confused and some how that is mix point that does not belong and I never tried to do anything with that. Any advise would be great

actually i thought it was solved and it mostly is. But I am still having these one ads that has this blue section in them and music was over playing but now even other ads are cutting off the end of these 3 ads that I made. However I will show them to my sound tech. When I posted this originally I was on my own now I have something of a team to work with. That is helping a lot. I am wondering if I did something wrong when creating the ads so part of radio boss considers them a different file type and so they have a huge mix point or something
