ISSUES WITH THE CONFIGURATION FOR AN EXTERNAL MIXING CONSOLE

PROBLEMS WITH EXTERNAL MIXING CONSOLE SETUP – I'm having trouble setting up an external sound card/mixing console. I believe it was set up correctly, but suddenly I can no longer hear sound during the broadcast — it connects to the broadcast, but no audio gets through. I suspect it's a configuration problem; if anyone has a guide or a step-by-step walkthrough on how to set it up, it would be a great help. I also tried a test recording to check if everything was okay, but there's no sound in the recording either — something is definitely wrong. Please help me if you can. Thank you — I'm a long-time RadioBOSS user. My current settings are shown in the image.

Using the same device for Main and Monitor sound cards doesn't look right.

You should check what streaming source you have selected for Broadcasting, if it's one of the inputs, then you need to ensure the input is properly configured. Currently the only input that is configured uses Microphone, and it also doesn't look right - when using a mixer board, typically you should configure it to use mixer's output.
