Jingle before Songrequest

I have created a script for myself for the website where I trigger the API Songrequest which is started 2x an hour, which works perfectly.

Now my question:
Is it possible when I start the Songrequest event that a jingle can be played before the title if there is a request and ignored if there is no request pending in the form of an if , then query?

Wouldn't it be a good idea to add this function as a command?
