Libriary stops searching

I cannot for the life of my run the libriary for the first time to datebase my music it stops halfway with no faults mentioned or were in the update it stops, could this be that my music is more than a 1tb? is it a file that stopping it progressing ,I really dont know and as its not giving me an indication I just cannot use it.

please can any one help

I did try some small folders of music and this did work, so is a file that it does not like or is my libriary to big, if this is the case can we make unlitmed

So it hangs when you adding music to it, not when searching? If so, please make sure you're using the latest RadioBOSS 5.0.3.2 - this bug was fixed there.

Does it freeze during the search or when you adding files?

Ok now know why the problem thats its freezing but whats the solution, I used another program that creates music database and exported this as a xml file, when  half through the process it came up as "out of memory"

if this my PC or the limitations  of Xml Files? does anyone know

I don't think this is some sort of a limitation. XML file even for 100,000's of tracks requires about 100-200MB of memory - any modern PC should handle it with no problem. XML files itself are not limited in any way.

Please give more information on the problem: originally you've said that it hangs while searching, but now you say it hangs while adding music... It's hard to help with this unless we know exactly what happens.

ok , when I first add a folder to the library which in these case is 1tb of music, it starts the procedure then hangs halfway through with no indication, so what I did was to import a xml file from another software that I use to database my music and open it with radio boss, and it starts then halfway it stops ( this time saying out of memory)

XML from another software will not work because it's in a different format.
Please try the following: add folders one by one, after you find the folder on which it hangs, add files from there one by one until you find the file on which it hangs. Then send this file to support@djsoft.net and we'll fix the problem.
