There are playout reports that you can find in the Reports section. If you want a report of all uploaded music, there's no such report.

Ensuring that the media is synchronized with my offline version..

For that, it's much more reliable to use FTP synchronization tools, it will keep your local music folder and files on RB Cloud synchronized. With report approach, you will need to compare it manually, which is time consuming and not practical if there are 1000s of files.
