Mic voice error

Dear . Mr.Sir
When I press the MIC button and make comment, sometimes my voice distorted.
What's the problem.?
--Mic amplifier : +2
--Window mic volume : 100%
--Fade in 1.2sec . Fade out 1.2sec

What RadioBOSS version do you use? You can try changing the MIC configuration e.g. use WASAPI instead of DirectSound (or vice versa) to see if it improves things.
