Microphone & MOTU M2 USB

Hello,
Please, HELP! I have set all different combination of settings and drivers with my MOTU M2, and nothing seems to work. If someone here have the same sound interface and made it work, please, help me with the right settings that I have to set.
I'd really appreciate any light on this.
