RADIO CASTER CRASHING

Not sure what's happening, but I recently installed radiocaster 3.4 on my new windows 11 VPS server using "remote audio" for a 24/7 stream that on Sabbath we go live. It seems to work fine for a while, but then all of a sudden within a few hours or so it suddenly crashes with the error... "Device init error: No description (-1) (code=-1) Please check settings."

When I restore from a previous backup it's back online, but then in a few hours, it crashes again and I have to "restore" again. When on the road I won't be able to do this. .. Help? BTW.. I just used Paypal (order# 261539966) to the software to 3.5. Yet STILL no help?

I took your advice from the ONE TIME I got tech support and so I turned off the audio using RDP on the PC I'm using to connect to the VPS and selected the option to only play the audio on the VPS server. And I then asked was this right to do AND NO RESPONSE

Then it crashed and I contacted tech support.. NO RESPONSE. It crashed again, I asked for help.. NO RESPONSE. It crashed again, I asked for help.. NO RESPONSE. It crashed again, I asked for help.. NO RESPONSE. etc etc I then asked for DJsoft's corporate email address.. NO RESPONSE. I then decided to post to the forum, but again NO RESPONSE.

I am then left with posting all this to review sites as well as YouTube videos hoping I will finally get some help.

It is a DJsoft issue when it takes over a dozens requests with no response. And they gave me a "fix" regarding RDP. That fix did not work. WHat was I to do when the software I PAID for refused tech support?

There's nothing wrong with our software, it's a VPS problem, it's not up to us to fix it.
