Microphone Not Working when trying to go live

Why am I getting this error message when I open the mic ??

"Stream Recording: encoder exited with an error. Please check stream archive settings. Attempting to restart."

One possibility is that Stream Archive and MIC use the same device. You have Stream Archive active and when you start MIC the device stops and you receive this error.

So how do I correct this ??

We'll check if we can do something about this from RadioBOSS. For now, you can try using a different recording source (e.g. Audio Mix).

I tried the different sources. Nothing send to work.

We were unable to reproduce this error here. Stream Archive doesn't stop when MIC is activated, both when it uses the same device as MIC and when it uses another device.
