More StreamArchive options

I wonder if we could have some more options for StreamArchive in scheduler?

I would like to be able to pause the streamarchiver via schedule (so I can record a 2 hour broadcast but leave out the news stream halfway through. Stopping and restarting makes 2 files, which is then hard to schedule for the replay).

Second request: would it be possible to define the file name the archive is saved into via scheduler (so for example I can name each show rather than just relying on the date - again making it easier for later replay).

I'm not sure that pausing the recording will be added, sorry. This is mostly because stream archive is designed to have only 2 states: active and inactive, while "paused" is something in the middle, and will require a lot of work to add... But we'll consider adding that if more requests about it come.

Regarding the second request - this feature will be added in one of the next updates: the "streamarchive" scheduler command will be extended to include the "filename" parameter.
