MP3 missing final seconds

I have an MP3 file that is regularly updated - and often clipped off on the end.
Example: http://daveball.net/temp/latestbbc.mp3

In this case, the last ~5 seconds were not played - the announcer was cut off in mid-word just before their close.

I have a "Crossfades" entry created for this file type with:
Mix point 0.0
Fade out 0.0

Not sure if there's something else I should be doing?

Is this MP3 file marked as special "File Type" ?

With gap killer on, this file (http://daveball.net/temp/latestbbc.mp3) plays to the "...watching or playing football", without gap killer, in the very end it also says "BBC News".
Looks like a problem in gap killer - this should be fixed in the next update.

You can try turning gap killer off for now.
