So I use Music Master as my scheduler. Can I insert a playlist manually into RadioBoss? If so, are there settings I would need for Music Master to grab the audio?

Thanks for the reply. Now, i have done exactly as you suggested and when I bring up the playlist, it runs, but skipping every song. I have the "Unable to play! Error code 2 (unable to open the file/invalid server address)." Can you help?

So what is the correct output file for RadioBoss to see the Musicmaster playlist?Error code 2 means it can't find the file - most likely because the path in the playlsit is not valid.

it does as I use it currently with Sam.The path to the file must be correct. You need to ensure that Music Master creates the correct playlists, with correct paths to the music files.

can RadioBoss receive logs from third party schedulers please have them provide you with a sample exported log of how their system would prefer to receive the flat file so we can create the export design for you with the proper columns and rows for all your fields to be imported correctly into their system as a delimited or fixed flat file.

so, here is my musicmaster music log file. I have the music folder saved and it still won't play the listIf 3rd party scheduler can save .m3u8 (or .m3u) playlists, they can be used in RadioBOSS. There are no special requirements.

There's no file attached. You can ZIP it if it doesn't let you attach due to file type.
