My Current Listenership showing 0?

Please open statistics window and check, if it shows 0 or there's error message. If there's an error, it means that automatic stats collection failed and you need to configure statistic relay: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/statistic-relays.htm (the exact configuration details are provided by your stream host).
I have tried this and still don’t work, please advise

I've asked this same question before without a solution. Can you show users an example of setting up statistics for a Live 365 connection? This is a very common connection. I have no problems with other playout software applications, some of them have a "Live365" statistic connection "selection" to choose. It would really help Demitry!
You should get configuration details from Live365. Did they supply you with those?

Yes they have and I spoke with them about my specific problem using RadioBoss. They claim it's on the RadioBoss end. I've had no troubles connecting other playout software to Live365 and getting listeners info. I also had no trouble in the past getting listener info in RadioBoss when connected to Abovecast (gone now) and getting my listener info in RadioBoss when connected to radioboss.fm. Just Live365 for years now.
