No control about the finally audio signal with "Local Echo Off"

Hi at all.

I've got a problem:

My problem is, that I must use "Disabled Local Echo". When I enabled this feature I can see in the vu meter and spectrograph my mic signal together with the music signal. That's OK to control this.
But then I have a strong echo in my headphones. So I must disabled this option. But then I have no visual control about the mixed signal :-(

Is is possible to implement a feature to see the outgoing audio signal in both cases?
