no sound

hi

i have sound if i listen to my station but cant hear it through headphones all speakers in the studio

help please

im new to this system

I have checked and my winamp and wmp works when i play a song just the sound from the radio boss i put speakers on and it says speakers hi def audio, and defult under that

Do you have any other devices in the list? Maybe, you should use something else instead of "speakers hi-def". Also, check the volume level in RadioBOSS - the slider located in the bottom right corner.

no just my reetek high def  i checked the volume down there also the only other thing is my samson mic or the reetek high def 

its so anoying i just want to hear it

If you're using Windows Vista or 7, then you should check the sound level set for RadioBOSS, probably it's zero. Click on the speaker icon in the system tray and you'll see sliders: general volume and individual slider for every program which uses sound card.

thanks i think i sorted it i think, also can you schedule a  slot so the schedule to pick just one song or jingle at random out of a folder. or 2 or three at the same time in the schedule rather than just the one. i put the news into then sounder then news in 3 schedules rather than just 1

To get 2-3 (or any other number) of files from folder, you should consider using the playlist generator.
1) In the Music Library you create a list from which you want to choose the files, save library (this will create an XML file)
2) In the Playlist generator you create a preset (set tracks quantity you need and Base - the XML file you created at step 1). Save a preset with some name ("test" for example).
3) Add scheduler task, in the filename enter generate test - this will add 3 random tracks from your list.
