Not working Use event title as broadcasting title

The feature Use event title as broadcasting title is not working. It's keeps sending the track title, etc instead of the event title

Are you sure this is the case? Because Now playing area will show a track title before it's overwritten by the event's title - but it's not what is sent to the listeners. You can hover it and see the broadcasting title - this is the one that's sent to the server. Of course, you can check the actual title in the Nowplaying widget and opening the server page.
