Play count reset error

Greetings everybody,

I'm using RadioBOSS 5.5.5.0 and I'm getting the following error...

When trying to reset play count in multiple files by right clicking in Music Library--->Track Properties I'm getting the attached error.

When reseting playcount to 0 one file at a time everything works fine.

It's hard to tell what's wrong, as the version you use is too old and it's not supported anymore - please try using the most recent RadioBOSS 5.7. You can install it to a different folder if you don't want to modify your current installation.

Typical cause for this error is there is no write permission. It can be Windows security permissions or the file is located on a read only media (e.g network drive without write access).

Indeed it was permissions problem. I ran RadioBOSS as admin and worked like a charm !

You're welcome! Please note that RadioBOSS does not require admin rights to run - so if you don't want to use it with admin rights, you should adjust permissions for audio files to be writable by other users too.
