No, you will need to create different streams with different ads.

We have 5 stream in radioboss.fm, and Radioboss;  would like to have at top of the hour play different announcement for each stream in radioboss. Is that possibile? If so what I have to do/config? Thanks

You need to configure each instance separately to make it play its own TOH announcement.
