Play music file from my pc but other program !

with the option "Play internet stream" I try to play music from another program and I put as a link the mms: // DESKTOP-HL4RH4G: 7007 which appears to me as a local link for playback but I have error code 2 / invalid server addres.

can i have help with that?

Are you sure that the stream is working, do you have other players that can play it?
