Playback level and Replay Gain

Hello,
i have set all of my 240 thousand songs to the -9 LUFS playback level.
Now my question, how does that affect the playback?
Do I have to set replay gain in the settings?
Does that make the compressor unnecessary?

You should turn ReplayGain off. This will always make it use the level that is set by the Normalization feature. After you have normalized the songs, you don't need to do anything else, the level correction is applied automatically when you play a track.

Compressor is a different thing. Using it (or not) does not depend on the track normalization. The question is if you need compression or not.
