Why is it Radioboss seems to not pick up the tags properly on a track that's playing?. Sometimes the track within RB shows no tag, but it is.???..Every time I use RadioBoss to LIVE broadcast on Loudcaster. the info from that track often does not show up at all, or shows only partly when viewing the "now playing" on SHOUTcast. Quite often it says "info not submitted by broadcaster" when in fact it's fine and shows up on Loudcaster's "what's playing".  ???

That's strange. It doesn't read tags for some specific files, or, it sometimes read tags for the same file, and sometimes not?

Yeah...the tags are OK, but it shows up on SHOUTcast as "info not submitted"...wtf??
I use the same tracks on Loudcaster without using RadioBoss and it's just fine....????

I noticed too some tracks in RadioBoss are shown in the library without TAGS, yet when I run them thru the TAG EDITOR, they're ok..??? (Loudcaster shows them as ok too).
Therefore those tracks won't play in RB...

Please send 1-2 "problem" tracks to support@djsoft.net, we'll check what could be wrong there.
About track info... do you have the "Alternative method for Shoutcast title update" option checked? (It's under "Broadcast" section in settings).

No I didn't. I'll give that a try. I don't remember now what tracks they were. I'll see if I can try again and find out. I did notice last night that in SHOUTcast, almost every time, the last letter in the title was seldom showing..Hmmm.

Please let me know how the Alternative method works for you. Last letter (or any other letter) could be "lost" when there are invalid unicode characters in the tags. Various programs handle this situation differently.

Okay I will...However, this morning I have another problem. The PLAYLIST GENERATOR isn't working. I have it all set to GENERATE and when I click start, it goes into a NOT RESPONDING mode....Good Lord! 
(The template was saved and all else the same as I always did..)

Sorry..I got to work. I had too many tracks that I wanted and not enough artists to be able to select NO ARTISTS REPEATS

I'm glad it works   Even if there are not enough artists, it'll generate something, but, it'll take much more time (and Windows consider program as "non-responding").

Checked out this file, the title was correct in the playlist (Supertramp - Long Way Home). But, the title sent to server was slightly modified (Long Way Home =Supertramp). Strange. This will be fixed in the next release.
