Playing Internet Stream from RadioForecast.net

When we set this up as a event. the times can very from 35 secs to 38 secs play time. I am noticing that there is about a half second cut off from the end of the stream. If I download the file, the entire file plays to the end. How can I adjust the event so that the entire stream plays?

It is easier for us to just play the stream at designated times then to download at times during the day.
