Playlist Generator: schedules multiple items from category (while there should be only one). [v7.1.4.0]

Playlist generator (generating playlist for each hour of the day from Preset) somehow inserts randomly multiple items from category at once in the spot which is scheduled for one item from that category:

Thee Rotation preset is:

That category is JINGLE and it happens in random minutes of an hour at random rates.
Every hour has one may be two such wrong blocks, with two up to three items.

What could be the cause?

Check the Jingle category settings, what is its duration - should be one track.
After the playlist is created, check the Logs section to see if there are any error messages. One possibility is that "SONG00" category fails to insert a track, in this case a category is skipped, which can lead to multiple tracks from JINGLE category.

That's a: not enough songs in category, to keep artist separation.
