Problem in Saving a Playlist

My opinion is that it's about a bug.

Look what is happened :

In Temp I create a playlist, then I want to Save it.
I click for New Playlist
An window appear and it ask me if I want to save playlist. I say Yes.
Save As... window appear
I put the name of the playlist and becouse I am tired (this is happened sometime) I accidentaly click Cancel button.
The result is that the all the content of the Temp playlist dissapear. For me THAT's a BUG.

If I accidentaly click Cancel button the result shoul only be closing Save As window, but not erasing my content from Temp Playlist.

Erase the content of the Temp Playlist must be only when I SAVE THE PLAYLIST
