Looks like you don't use Ads Scheduler, which means there's no way events in RadioBOSS could have doubled by themselves.

If I leave it like this, won't they conflict? It seems they are created every 36 hours. So far I've deleted them by hand, but they always recreate. Thank you.

You should check why the events are created. It shouldn't be happening, unless you configured it to do so. I suppose you should check all events you have to see if one of them, for instance, reloads event list (load command).

Hi, no one has the load command, attached an example, blue color, of how I see duplicate events. Thank you.

Hi, I see them identical. Thank you
Still, it's not possible for RadioBOSS to duplicate events - unless you instruct it to (there's "Duplicate" command in the menu, or when you import events). But it never happens by itself.

Tuttavia, non è possibile per RadioBOSS duplicare gli eventi, a meno che tu non gli dica di farlo (c'è il comando "Duplica" nel menu o quando importi gli eventi). Ma non succede mai da solo.
Hi, it seems to have fixed itself after multiple deletions... yes, I know the duplicate key but I don't think I've used it, much less for all the events. The mystery remains of how he did it, maybe I have a magic wand. Thanks again and good evening.

Hi, I am having a problem with a scheduled event if you can help please.
I tried many ways before I seek help :giggle:
I made an event to play a random track from a track list every 20 minutes, I chose to enqueue.
Everything was ok for a while then suddenly I found the tracks enqueuing at the end of the list.
I tried deleting the event and doing it again but it didn't solve the problem. Also I did reset RB to default and doing the event again but no good.
May be there is a simple thing that missed. Please see photo attached. Thanks

Your event is configured to be queued after other scheduled tracks (the ones marked with a small clock icon in the playlist) and this is what seems to be happening.

I Just noticed this small clock for the first time :giggle:
My question now is why do I have this small clock next to all the tracks in the playlist (around 340 tracks). It is an auto generated playlist every 24 hours.
Do I have to choose always the option (Insert as regular playlist tracks) to get rid of this small clock. As I remember it was ok before without choosing this option, it was enqueuing my other event after the playing track.
Thank you

All events, except for ones with "Insert as regular playlist tracks" will be marked as scheduled events (with the clock icon). Queuing always worked like this, since the very first release 20 years ago :)

Hi, another question please.
I have an event to play a playlist in the overlay player. I have another event to enqueue an announcement in the playlist every 20 minutes. What happens sometimes is when the overlay playback finishes it goes back to the playlist while the announcement (or advertisements) is still playing.
Is there anyway to avoid that? for example to play something until the announcement track finishes.
Thank you

I'm not sure how it'll work - you have overlay event playing, and also have announcements playing at the same time?

Hi.
Sorry, my questions may sound weird sometimes :giggle: as I'm still testing things out.
We have five events that happen every day, and each one is quite long, usually between 25 to 35 minutes, sometimes even longer, also the times when these events are shown change a little bit every day. When these events finish I don't want to only play music all the time. We have lots of shorter recorded files, like little messages about health benefits and such (I called them "announcements" to make it easier). I want to mix these announcement files with the music every now and then. So, I've been trying to set up something that repeats every 20 minutes to make this happen.

The five important events I mentioned are very important, so I've made them play on top of everything else using the overlay option, without any interruptions. However, a few times, after the important event finishes, other stuff like the health messages are playing.
It's tricky for me to know exactly when the important event is done so that I can make sure only the music plays after it.

Is there a way you can help me make sure everything plays smoothly without these issues?
