Profile stores only part of the settings, some of the settings (like sound card configuration, encoders, and more) are "global" - that is, are unchanged when you switch the profile.

Yes, when I change a profile, that is, layout, whatever is currently used changes some settings from what was before. And the idea, which is now a suggestion, is to unify the user with the profile so that when the user changes he is forced to change to work, the profile (layout) would change.

All settings that are stored in the profile are reloaded, other settings will remain. Can you please be more specific on what does not change, and why it should change?
