All the servers are identical, more or less. The problem with reindexing can be cause by one of the music tracks. Can you please specify the account user name so we can check what's wrong there?
Moving the account to a different server is not possible, we can only delete existing account and create a new one.
I have tried track reindexing (it was completed 100% without errors) and accessing various areas of the control panel - it works properly here. I suppose the problem was caused by the recent changes we've made in the domain DNS records, but now as the records should be updated everywhere, it should be working without problems.
