Can you please be more specific on this problem? If it's some sort of antivirus software, I'd simply recommend to remove it - you'll win speed and stability.

Security should not interfere with normal PC operation. Recommendation to remove antivirus comes from our customer support experience: people can not broadcast, experience crashes, can't properly update the software etc. Nowadays some antiviruses became extremely aggressive and invasive. In edge cases they can render PC almost useless: some software pieces can't be launched, work with strange bugs, experience weird network problems etc.

Windows 7 and later versions come with enough security onboard. So my recommendation stays: remove AV software. If you want to leave it then you'll have to adjust its settings so it doesn't create problems. Probably you'll need to contact AV vendor and ask them about what has to be changed.
