Radio Boss keeps skipping

I'm using 4.1.8.504  on WIndows 7 (64 bit) with a HP quadcore 2.80 GHZ (6 gigs of ram)...during the playlist RB starts skipping (like a scratched CD) on random songs...after extensive troubleshooting. re-installed windows...it still skips..tried a bunch of playlists and files..still sticks occasionally.  when the software is working correctly..the cpu draw is below 10%...when it starts skipping the cpu draw exceeds 80%...need help asap...our internet staion is currently down because of this..any help would be appreciated...thanks.

The sound could be scratched on computer from which you run broadcast, but listeners get normal sound. This can happen because of slow network connection/high server load. Please check this.
