Radio Boss plays first second of a song and then skips to second song

Hello,

today something strange happen with RB.
As subject says, suddenly RB started to play first second of a song, then jumped to second song, then again played first second of that song, then again jumped to third song......
Tried restarting RB but same happened again.
Things came back to normal after restarting my PC.
I'm using RB 4.1.8.500 with registered Stereo Tool.

Concerning I have contract with over 50 customers, paying for listening my station, I find this very delicate situation.
Help needed ASAP.

The sound can skip on your local machine, but listeners still have normal sound (this happens sometimes when server buffer is full and Radioboss needs to wait for some time - you'll hear this like some part of somng repeats for 2-3 times, like "can you...you...you" - but users won't hear it). So, you should check if the stream is OK.

I guess you have misunderstood my problem.
(edit: no wonder about misunderstanding concerning subject before edit)
Radio Boss played first second of the song, then skipped (like I was pressing NEXT button every second) to next song on the playlist, played only a second of that song, then skipped to the next song on the playlist.....and so on untill i restarted my PC.
Exiting Radio Boss was not enough, I had to restart PC to bring things back to normal.
That skipping was very clearly heard by my customers as they started calling me what is going on, which means streaming is working fine.
I have 2 PCs dedicated for Radio Boss only, nothing else runs on those PCs.
OS is Win XP Home with all the latest service packs, patches and drivers.

Yes. Sorry for a long answer, we were testing the program. But, we were unable to reproduce the problem yet. Are you using the latest version of RadioBOSS?

Sorry for late reply, I had some problems with my personal laptop.
I'm using 4.1.8.500 version.

This happend only once, but I'm not sure if it's not going to happen again and I won't be near by to react.

Could it be because playlist is 3 and half months long (according to radio boss)?

Yes, this happens over 100 times a day, and also emptying buffer at listeners pc's. That's huge problem for us! Please answer quick as possible !
