Radio logger - speed query!

Hi and sorry!

I have the latest version of radio logger - love it BUT sometimes a one hour show when finished is condensed to a 14 or 17 min mp3 and literally speeded up ridiculously.  Tried slowing it down in Audacity but that is impossible to get ratio right.

I use Stream Hijack which works but obviously pulls it off the net and i prefer the functionality and automation of logger but is this a fixable problem?

Thanks!

How often does it happen - eg. how many hours are recorded correctly and how many are speeded up?

the only time it worked on 2.5.0.1 - now its gone back to that problem I had on older version of not liking the URL  ARGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and hanging on connecting which i had on previous version... it seems to sometimes not like to connect (says recording but 0.0.0.0 and not ticking and a track fo 0 seconds) or records but speeds it up - i think im just out of luck!  bet you wish youd charged me money for support when i offered now dont you!!! :P

Please let me know what stream address are you using (you can send it to support@djsoft.net if you don't want to publish it here) - it will be tested here.

i trust fellow users - worst they can do is broadcast us and get our numbers up!

94.23.37.121:8000

tried with and without http://

Address have to be entered with http:// I've tried recording your stream: http://94.23.37.121:8000 and it's totally fine - it connects immediately and the record itself is not speeded up or corrupted in any other way...

Your setup should be similar to picture 1. There have to beno spaces before and/or after network stream address.

Make sure the version (in the window header) is 2.5.0.1 (picture 2).

Thanks for the reply... I was running ragged stressing because my settings were EXACTLY like yours and it hung on connecting always but then I notices the "Start with windows" was ticked so I unticked it, restarted the programme and manually started the programme - Hey presto it works!

I then turned back on the start with windows and it still works - so maybe a bug in there but its now all working and if anyone has that issue just try deticking that box, restarting and it should work :)

THANK YOU!

The recording is not connected with "Start with Windows" option... I think it was something else :)
